At A1 Auto Detailing, we are committed to providing top-quality service and exceptional care for your vehicle. To ensure we maintain our standards and accommodate all our valued customers, we have implemented the following Late Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy Overview
  • We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled detail service time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering the time slot to other customers and impact our operations.
  • Larger Jobs Such as PPF,Window Tint, and Ceramic Coatings are subject to a Non-Refundable Deposit In place of a Cancellation
Late Cancellation Fee
  • More than 48 hours notice: No fee.
  • 24-48 hours notice: $50 fee.
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% of service amount, up to $500 fee.
  • Less than 12 hours notice or No call/No show: 100% of service amount, up to $500 fee.
  • Client not present or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: 100% of service amount, up to $500 fee.
  • How to Cancel or Reschedule
  • ​To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please:

  2. Email us at [[email protected]] During Operating Hours
  3. Use our online booking system to update your appointment.
Exemptions: 
  1. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Exemptions to the fee will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours of deposit transaction
