At A1 Auto Detailing, we are committed to providing top-quality service and exceptional care for your vehicle. To ensure we maintain our standards and accommodate all our valued customers, we have implemented the following Late Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy Overview
  • We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering the time slot to other customers and impact our operations.
Late Cancellation Fee
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
  • This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your next scheduled service.
  • Or 50% of the Service if a Ceramic Coating or Paint Correction Service

Exemptions: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Exemptions to the fee will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
