SMOKE ODOR REMOVAL · DEEP CLEAN + OZONE
Car Smoke Odor Removal Service
Cigarette and smoke odor from a previous owner soaks into carpet, headliner, upholstery and the vents - air fresheners just cover it. Our smoke odor removal is an intensive vacuum, shampoo and scrub with enzyme cleaners that break down tobacco residue, finished with a two-hour ozone treatment that neutralises what's left in the air and ductwork. No car is too far gone.
Our Complete Detail is one of our most popular services — deep interior shampooing and stain removal paired with a full exterior wash, clay bar decontamination, and a 6-8 month protection wax. It takes roughly 4-5 hours depending on the vehicle, and every minute goes into getting your car as close to showroom-fresh as it can be.

FAQ
Common Questions Before You Book
Answers to the questions we hear most often about service prep, timing, and aftercare.
Can you really get the cigarette smell out completely?
In most cases, yes. Smoke settles into the fabric, the headliner and the ventilation system, so it takes a full clean plus ozone rather than a shampoo alone. Heavily smoked-in vehicles can need a second pass, and we'll tell you upfront if we think yours will.
How long does smoke odor removal take?
The clean and shampoo takes most of a day, the ozone machine runs about two hours, and the car needs several more hours to air out before it's ready to drive.
What does it cost?
Between $300 and $1,000 depending on size, condition and type of vehicle. Contact us and we will give you a proper estimate.
What is the ozone treatment?
An ozone generator fills the sealed cabin with ozone gas, which reaches the vents, headliner and every surface air touches, and breaks odour molecules down instead of covering them up. We air the car out fully afterwards.
Why does an ordinary detail not fix the smell?
Because a standard detail cleans surfaces. Smoke residue sits in the fibres, the foam under the upholstery and the ductwork. We use enzyme cleaners that break down tobacco residue, hot water extraction to pull it out, then ozone for what's left in the air.
Will the smell come back?
Not from the original source once it is removed. If someone smokes in the vehicle again, it starts over.
