SINGLE-STAGE PAINT POLISHING
What is Our Stage 1 Paint Correction?
For those vehicles that could use a light touch-up and polish but don't require a complete correction service, there's our stage 1 auto paint correction. Instead of completely correcting your car's paint job, our single-stage paint correction service will give your vehicle's exterior a quality polish quickly and at an affordable price. It removes minor scratches and swirls from improper washing methods and automatic car washes, focusing on enhancing the clarity of the paint to give it a nice shine. If you want a more aggressive restoration, we recommend our Stage 2 Paint Correction. Pricing varies by vehicle size and condition — contact us for an estimate or to evaluate your paint condition.

FAQ
Common Questions Before You Book
Answers to the questions we hear most often about service prep, timing, and aftercare.
What does a Stage 1 correction remove?
A single-stage machine polish removes roughly 50-60% of the imperfections in the clear coat - light swirl marks, haze, oxidation and water spotting. It restores clarity and gloss without cutting deep.
How long does Stage 1 take?
Typically a full day, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
Is Stage 1 enough for my car?
If the paint is in reasonable shape and the swirls are light, yes - Stage 1 gets most of the way there for less. If you can see heavy swirling in direct sun, or scratches you can feel, Stage 2 is the better spend. Send us photos and we'll tell you which.
What else is included besides the polish?
A full exterior detail comes with it: rims and tires cleaned, paint decontamination and clay bar, door jambs and gas cap cleaned, bugs removed from the front end, then the single-step polish.
Do I need a coating afterwards?
It is the sensible next step. Polishing removes a thin layer of clear coat, and sealing it afterwards with a ceramic coating or sealant is what keeps the finish looking that way.
Can I upgrade to Stage 2?
Yes. And if we start and find the paint needs more than a single stage, we'll stop and talk to you before doing anything else.
