Do I need to do anything before my Complete Detail?
Give it a rinse if it's extremely dirty, but don't wash it - decontamination is part of the service. Take out personal items and any car seats if you can so we have full access.
How long does a Complete Detail take?
Roughly 4-5 hours depending on the vehicle. It is the most thorough package we offer and we would rather take the time than cut it short.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use Meguiars, Jescar Pro-lock, Turtle Wax and a few others. Which one depends on the paint we're working on and what we judge best for your specific vehicle.
Do you need access to my water or power?
No. Our mobile unit carries its own water and everything else we need. All we need is easy access to the vehicle so we can work comfortably around it.
How is this different from the Express Detail?
The Complete Detail adds everything the Express leaves out: carpet and seat shampooing, stain removal, bug removal, clay bar decontamination and a 6-8 month protection wax. Express is a fast clean-up; Complete is a full reset.
How long do the seats and carpets take to dry?
It depends on the weather. On a warm day they're usually dry by the time we finish. If it's cold or raining it can take longer - sometimes overnight.
